When I arrive at your building, the time starts, so be efficient. The more organized you are, the more money you will save. For example:
1. Arrange a parking place for me.
2. When the concierge calls you, when I arrive, make sure you pick up the phone.
Sometimes you need to Let them know in advance than I am coming. Every building is different how they do things.
When I arrive they can let me in. Give them a number they can reach you. It is as simple as that.
If the concierge cannot reach you, then I leave and there is a $75.00 service charge. So let's all be on the same page. I would hate to leave you a bill.
