In Europe I do not do air-conditioner installations

 

The time starts when I arrive at your building or house, and it stops when I have finished  putting all my the tools  back in my van. I charge a 30.00 Euro/hour minimum even when I go to look at something, Usually I go to fix it but if something cannot be fixed, then there is no service call fee.

 If there is only one thing on your list. And it just takes me 5 minutes to fix it, my one hour minimum applies, so find other things for me to do,  My 30 Euro hourly rates do not include the cost of materials such  as screws, silicone, brackets or other such things and also does not include a helper.

 

The first hour or less is 30 Euro/hr for my time plus expenses (screws nails, lumber, etc.) And it is the same cost for every hour after.  For example:  If it takes  me  1.5 hours to do your work, then that is all you pay in time.  Similarly if it takes me only 1/2 hour to so the Job, there is still a 1 hour minimum.  But lets us say that in the 20 years I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, working for half an hour,  has happened only twice. 

 If I bring  a helper. I charge 15 Euro/hr extra for the second person when both of us are working at the job at the same time.  This also  includes the time I am getting materials for a job when I may be driving around. (*you do not pay for gas but you do pay for parking) 

 

I start a digital timer when I arrive at the job.  and the timer stops when I have finished putting all the tools away and have cleaned up.  I do not leave any mess at any job at any time. That is why it says Les Stress and Mess when you Hire Les on the side of my Quad

I make my money on the amount of time I am at your place and if I am over 5 minutes into the next 1/2 and hour I charge for that 1/2 hour. I have a 5 minute grace period  and if I go 4 minutes over  there is no additional charge but if I go 6 minutes over  there is.  You may not think it is fair but  when my Auto insurance went  up 40 % for no reason and I don't charge for gas and it costs $97.00 to fill up my tank, I have no choice.  I hope you understand.
